Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder
2 Potatoes
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
½ Cup Cashews
4 Cups Corn Kernels
Salt
Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Cook the potatoes with the onion and garlic.
Blend the washed raw cashews and then add three cups
of the corn and blend with just as much
water as can make it creamy.
Save the one cup for using the whole kernels.
Mix all together, keep stirring, heat and serve.
