Potato Waffles




1 Cup Potatoes

½ Cup Sunflower Seeds

½ Cup Barley Flour

½ C Rye Flour

¼ t Onion Powder

½ t Garlic Powder

½ t Salt

1 Cup Water

Blend all ingredients together and bake for 20 minutes in the waffle iron.  Serve Fresh.  Can be reheated the next day, or freeze for later.  Serve with the gravy recipe on the previous page or tomato sauce or slices of avocado.
