Fine Salad


Use large grate for ½ cup cabbage

and 1/8 cup grated carrot. 

Chop fine one

stick of celery. 

¼ cup of sliced Lindsay Naturals olives.

One diced avocado. 

Mix and add to the cashew dressing,

then top with the fennel tops,

¼ cup fresh fennel tops.
