Spreads
Carob Sauce
6 Brazil Nuts
½ C Almonds
6 Dates
1 C Carob Powder
1 ¼ C Water
Blend Until smooth.
It may be good to grind the nuts first.
Spread on the bread or banana.
Cashew Cheese
½ c Cashews Raw, washed
¼ c Pineapple Juice
½ t Salt to taste
¼ t Onion Powder
¼ t Garlic Powder
½ C Celery
2 T Sesame Seeds
1/8 C Tomato Paste
¼ C Fresh Lemon Juice, to taste
Put everything in the blender except the lemon juice until smooth.
Pour into glass jar and gently stir in the lemon juice.
Cover to store in fridge.
Almond Cheesy Cream
1 C Ground Almonds
½ Stick Celery
1 Fresh Tomato
¼ C Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
2 Inch Slice Of Red Bell Pepper
2 T Raw Sesame Seeds
¼ t Garlic Powder
¼ t Onion Powder
¼ t Salt
¼ C Fresh Lemon Juice
Blend until smooth and then add the lemon.
Spread
1 C Almonds or Cashews raw
2 T sesame Seeds
2 T chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
½ Stick Celery
¼ t Garlic Powder
¼ t Onion Powder
½ C Pineapple Juice
¼ C Pimento or Red Bell Pepper
Blend this ingredients in blender
until smooth and stir in the juice
from one lemon.
Carob Spread
½ c Carob
5 T Creamed Coconut
10 Dates
1 C Water
Blend together and
spread on bread or crackers.
Sunflower Seed Spread
½ C Sunflower Seeds
½ Stick Celery
2 T Chopped Onion
3 Inch slice of Red Bell Pepper
1 Garlic
½ t Garlic Powder
¼ t Onion Powder
Juice Of 1 Lemon
½ C Pineapple Juice
