Banana Ice Cream

Cut Bananas into one inch pieces and freeze. 

Put them into the Champion Juicer or put small portions at a time in the blender for a quick whip.

For different flavors, add a bit of your favorite fresh fruit.

For the Carob flavor add some carob powder or use the recipe on the spreads.
