Stew
Cabbage Stew
Two Large potatoes
Two Carrots
Two C Cabbage Chopped
1 C frozen Peas
1 Stick Celery
1 Onion Chopped
1 Garlic Clove
Cook cubed vegetables on low
heat in one cup of water for 20 minutes.
¼ Cup Ground Almonds
2 T Whole Wheat or Rye Flour
¼ t Salt
1 T Braggs
2 C water
Combine ingredients
and mix in the vegetables
