Simple Loaf


1 ½ Cup Organic Soy Beans, 

Measured after soaked

2 Cups organic cornmeal

2 Cups Raw Peanuts

1 t Salt or less

1 Onion

2 ½ Cups Water

3-4 Garlic Cloves



Blend everything together except ½ Cup 

of water to use to get the rest of the 

ingredients out of the blender.

Bake in glass dish with cover for one hour or more at 350 degrees. 

 If you want to use it the next day, 

you can cut into pieces, 

patty size and brown in the oven 

or mix with onions 

and breadcrumbs in the pan.
